Delivery Time and Slots

Order Return & Replacement on Delivery

Please store products immediately according to the storage instructions on the pack (frozen, refrigerated, or ambient) after delivery.
Failed Delivery / Customer Unavailability
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, the order may be treated as delivered and become non-refundable. Any re-delivery, where possible, may attract additional delivery charges.
Change of Address After Order
Change of delivery address after placing an order is not guaranteed and is subject to feasibility, including serviceability of the new address, delivery time, and operational capacity. Please contact customer support as early as possible for any address change request.
